Rose did it! She had been choking with frustration for too long time. Her nights had turned into endless journeys, coloured with blood, a halo of vanishing reality, painful setting of desolation. Rose did it! When everything got clear, she thought, reasoned and then acted. She managed to get free from the huge weight that had been crushing her, the feelings had tangled so much not to be recognized any longer, hate and rage had melted with love, the love that had given birth to that all. She was merciless, not in her nature; yet the enormous love moving her had blown up, exploded in her breast and turning her into something fearful. The fire burning for love has gone out now but for some instants it had been so hot and immense, out of control. Rose Lane's story is the first chapter to introduce the DOGSFORBREAKFAST to the world. A story told with intense dramatic force, perfectly matching the stony, dirty, chaotic sound of the five tracks making up the Band's debut ep. The band is born out of the SLAIVER, the quartet who somehow tried to keep DIY hardcore scene with quiet determination for ten years. In 2007 the band published "Why Brothers" on Forward Looking (USA) and Complotto Produzioni, produced by the now well-know Giulio Favero (Zu, Il Teatro degli Orrori, One Dimensional Man, etc…). Why Brothers allowed the quartet to enter various stages in Italy and round Europe (Switzerland, France, Belgium, Holland, Slovenia, Sweden, etc…) sharing them with big shot such as Converge, Zu, Rise and Fall, Todd, Bridge to Solace, etc…
